- saw fox near barn, it moved slowly away and stopped to turn around and look as it walked slowly north along tipi road
- lots of walking sticks
- red caterpillar, 2 inches long, hairy
- kingfisher at river
- lots of cypress sprouts at river island, plan to transplant

- installed underground water lines from pasture well to house for small pond
- saw small toad under haybales when removed for water line

- heard golden cheeked warbler around house, tipi pasture and well pasture
- saw Mexican eagle - Crested Caracara
- saw cowbird at feeder
- got a tick
- crazy ants seen in old fire ant mounds
