Brush is arranged neatly on contour marked by the orange flags for erosion control.

Dead branches of Ashe Juniper trees are used, which also opens the understory while leaving  a thick canopy cover above.

First Feeze

Frostweed Flowers are so names because at the first freeze of the year, the stems of the plants expand with frozen water turning to ice.

Foxes are wary at chicken feeding area. Then we see a large Bobcat at the food bowl.
